As a Digital Product Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the success of Lucid Motors’ digital initiatives, particularly focusing on evolution of the LucidMotors.com website. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that all digital content and functionalities align with business objectives, industry standards, and customer expectations.
We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, outstanding eye for detail, extensive experience working in .COM / web / agile environments, strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and consultative skills, and a passion for creating detailed project specifications that inspire exceptional customer experiences.
Please note, this role is 100% onsite in Newark, CA.
You Will:
- Identify, analyze, and document project requirements, including business rules, functional and non-functional requirements, data requirements for the LucidMotors.com website
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand overarching project scope, vision, and customer impact. Understand the product roadmap and cross-functional dependencies to help guide business units / stakeholders in the gathering of their requirements
- Analyze and interpret metrics, heat maps, usability studies, audience personas, and similar inputs to establish an understanding of site visitors and their behaviors
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to ensure the website remains innovative and aligns with best practices in the automotive and digital sectors
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to analyze customer journeys and user flows
- Align content needs with business objectives and customer expectations to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all digital content and features comply with regulatory requirements
- Leverage Agile models to help define user story mapping required to meet business objectives and website features
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and coordinate communications with stakeholder(s) throughout the project lifecycle
- Work with business and QA leads to develop test cases for acceptance testing
- Conduct post-launch validations to ensure that website updates and features meet business requirements and quality standards
- Engage in sprint retrospectives to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and recommend process improvements for future iterations
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, manage expectations, and communicate project progress throughout the project
- Create appropriate documentation throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
- Keep management apprised of developments through clear and timely communications
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear and consistent communication
You Bring:
- A customer-first mindset
- 5+ years-experience in a business analyst role, preferably with a top-tier brand Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and other Agile tools
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, including ability to clearly and simply frame business problems and objectives to gain alignment
- Small and large group facilitation skills
- Exceptional critical thinking skills, leveraging analytics, reporting, and analysis to inform decisions
- A passion for solving problems creatively and proactively - You take initiative, anticipate, and prepare more than you wait around and react.
Advantageous:
- A passion for and working knowledge of automobiles, EVs, and the future of mobility
- Experience in luxury or high-tech industries
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

$89,000—$120,000 USD
