The Role:

• Gather and analyze data related to fleet operations, including usage rates, maintenance schedules, and costs.
• Utilize reports and dashboards that aid in decision-making and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in mapping and evaluating the customer journey to pinpoint crucial engagement points.
• Support the analysis of customer feedback .
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning

Skills Required:

• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Analytical skills with experience in using Excel and data visualization tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
• Salesforce and Smartsheet is a plus
