We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Sr. Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Arizona based Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract technical talent in Manufacturing, Logistics, Corporate Quality and Supply Chain, who are excited about the challenges and opportunities that our startup environment offers. You will employ your advanced sourcing strategies, market knowledge, and networking skills to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
You Will:
- Utilize creative and innovative sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and attract passive and active technical candidates across various platforms and channels
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and salary benchmarks to effectively tailor your sourcing efforts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our company values
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide a remarkable candidate experience throughout the sourcing process, acting as a brand ambassador for Lucid
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to continuously refine and optimize sourcing strategies and processes
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand our talent pool
- Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition and sourcing
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required, in Human Resources, Business or Engineering strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical Engineering sourcing, preferably within a startup or high-growth Manufacturing environment
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully sourcing and engaging engineering candidates, particularly in fast-paced, competitive markets
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing platforms, tools, and techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and niche job boards
- Strong understanding of engineering roles, technologies, and automotive industry trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates, Managers and Executive Leadership
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sourcing targets and metrics
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Lever & Greenhouse preferred or other recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic startup environment
- Elevated level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity
- Hybrid onsite in Casa Grande, AZ
