Job Description
Leading the future in luxury electric and mobility
At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.
We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.
Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.
We are hiring a Compensation Analyst for our Sales and Service (GTM) organization. You’ll be responsible for all the traditional analysis of a compensation professional in addition to partnering with the broader HR team to educate and administer Lucid’s compensation programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with strategic decisions, and execution of critical deliverables, has strong attention to detail, and is driven by a desire to meet business needs through a consultative approach for a fast-growing organization. This position will report to our Head of Compensation while partnering directly with the Sales and Service leaders to deliver world-class results.
The role is based in Lucid’s office in Southfield, MI.
You Will:
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's reward programs (e.g., compensation, benefits, recognition) are competitive and aligned with industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze data and develop reports on reward usage, program costs, and effectiveness to support decision-making and program design.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reward programs to support the organization's strategic objectives and reward high performers.
- Provide guidance and support to HR partners, recruiters, internal departments, and hiring managers on rewards-related matters.
- Compile, analyze, review and audit reward data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to reward expenses, headcount, and turnover.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2+ years of broad-based compensation experience
- Ability to create and interpret financial models and perform data analysis using Excel.
- Advanced Excel skills with a proficiency in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques (charts, graphs, conditional formatting) for analyzing and presenting compensation data
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing organization
- Excellent communication and relationship skills in interacting with internal stakeholders and outside consultants to achieve results
- Ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to leadership.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
We Value:
- Master’s degree
- Proven experience in conducting job evaluations, market pricing, and pay structure analysis.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
