The Opportunity:

As a Graphic Designer at Lomi, you will shape our brand through creative design, marketing communications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your work will enhance our digital presence with visually compelling, brand-aligned content that drives engagement. Your creativity and design skills will drive Lomi’s brand narrative and enhance our digital presence. This role is remote-friendly, with a requirement to be able to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Digital Advertising: Design a variety of ad creatives, including static ads, GIFs, and motion graphics. Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to develop innovative concepts that align with marketing goals and brand strategy
• Web & Social Media: Partner with the Sr. Ecomm & Social Media Specialist to create digital assets for the website and social media. Design engaging banners, icons, and images, ensuring consistent visual standards across platforms.
• Email Campaigns: Work with the Growth Manager to design weekly email campaign elements, including headers and unique layouts. Contribute fresh ideas for retention strategies, product launches, and community news.
• General Design: Handle various design requests, including print materials like posters, packaging, and other promotional assets, while ensuring alignment with Lomi’s brand identity and marketing goals.

Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma and relevant design software.
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience in a marketing department.
• Experience in digital advertising, web design, and social media content creation.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective collaborator, able to build relationships across the organization.
• Extremely organized with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines for critical tasks
• ‘Get it done’ mentality - You deliver high quality on time, and come up with solutions rather than problems
• A portfolio demonstrating design work that aligns with brand and performance goals.

Compensation range: $55,000-$65,000 annually
