Lime is hiring a senior analyst to join our Fleet Management team with a primary focus on Fleet Accounting management and process improvement! The Global Operations Excellence team provides strategies and tools for the ongoing utilization and operation of electric vehicles to meet the demand of our customers. In this role, you will work with local operations teams from 31 countries and also partner with other globally focused teams (i.e. Data Science, Data Engineering, Finance, Accounting, etc…) in developing and iterating on the tools and processes our local partners use to account for their vehicle and battery fleets.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization. You’re excited about building partnerships with team members around the globe, and are eager to improve upon our operations, even when it means taking things apart only to put them back together more efficiently.

The individual hired for this position must live within one hour of a Lime warehouse.
