Job Description
- Ensuring productive and successful Scrum events
- Supporting continuous improvement and learning progress with individual or team coaching sessions
- Analysing existing processes and encouraging teams to apply agile principles
- Promoting a culture of communication, collaboration and transparency
- Cultivating empowered teams that self-organize their tasks for goal achievement
- Identifying impediments and solving problems on team level
- Organizing and conducting workshops with team members and stakeholders
- University degree, with several years of experience with agile teams
- Experience with higher level agile processes, e.g. the Scaled Agile Framework
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Affinity for travelling for encouraging face-to-face communication
