At Instagrid you are part of the green-tech revolution by innovating the future of portable power supplies, helping professional workers worldwide step away from combustion generators and making it possible for them to experience a safe, efficient, clean, and silent energy solution. As a Lab Technician (f/m/d), you are responsible for the preparation, execution, and maintenance of test setups in a dynamic laboratory environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure accurate and efficient test operations.

- Preparing and assembling test setups according to specific requirements, and conducting routine and specialized tests under controlled conditions
- Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to refine test procedures, and maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Documenting test procedures, results, and observations in a clear and concise manner, and respecting safety protocols and laboratory standards
- Assisting in the verification and validation of new testing methods and equipment, and supporting the optimization of instagrid test facilities
- Having an analytic thinking and an open mind, and helping the team to perform and innovate
