As a (Senior) Recruiter - US you will be an important member of our global People & Culture team and take full responsibility for your daily doing. You have the chance to contribute your creative ideas and realize them in order to attract the right candidates and give them an outstanding recruiting experience. • being responsible for the entire international end-to-end recruiting process
• guiding applicants through the current candidate experience and check how we can constantly improve and develop it
• finding suitable talents in the social networks through active sourcing, writing to and convincing them of instagrid
• using your creativity to develop innovative employer initiatives and take responsibility of it
• finding new recruiting channels and start relevant campaigns, e.g. through newsletters and social media posts
• identifying and controlling external service providers
