We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Sales Operation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in improving our data management, sales processes, sales productivity, and ensuring our sales team is equipped with the necessary insights to succeed. As a Sales Operation Specialist, you are responsible for sales data management, keeping customer master data updated for all leads and accounts, building up account structures as well as keeping opportunity data up to date at any time in close cooperation with the opportunity owners. You will be the interface between the sales, sales controlling, analytics and IT teams and own the quality of sales data across all databases, ensuring proper consistent and meaningful reports at any time.


You will work closely with colleagues across the Instagrid Inc sales team to:

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and customer information to ensure data is up-to-date for business decisions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses for management, highlighting performance, trends, and improvement areas.
  • Process Improvement: Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our data model.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Actively maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions, feedback, and sales process updates to ensure a 360-degree view of customer activities.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including sales team members usage of the CRM, CRM data entry, customer support and preparation of proposals and contracts.
