Job Description

As part of our HR team, you will be responsible for recruiting for the entire company and ensure that our vacancies are filled in the best possible way thanks to your good communication skills and professional experience.

  • Developing and selecting the most effective recruiting and sourcing measures, strategies and channels; your recommendations are our key to success
  • Independent responsibility for the design and implementation of the entire application process
  • Consultant for our Hiring Managers and competent contact person for candidates (m/f/d) for an excellent candidate experience
  • Creating and distributing job advertisements and conducting interviews with the specialist departments
  • Recruiting and active sourcing of exciting candidates (m/f/d)
  • Contact person for agencies, service providers, etc.
  • Monitoring all relevant recruiting and performance indicators and optimizing the effectiveness of measures
  • You have a degree or training in business administration with a focus on HR management or similar
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in a start-up environment and in an industrial company
  • You have interest and expertise in recruiting trends
  • You have good communication skills in German and English, are outgoing and have an empathetic and engaging manner
  • You have experience in social networking and in dealing with business networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Xing)
  • You are enthusiastic about technical topics and innovations
  • A fast-growing start-up with a clear mission
