As Corporate Finance Manager (m/f/d) you will manage a large number of internal and external interfaces and thus make a decisive contribution to achieving INERATEC's goals by raising debt and equity capital.

• Creation of own financial models including risk analyses and sensitivity analyses
• Structuring and implementation of capital increases at TopCo level Preparation of investor meetings and management of the due diligence process for potential investors
• Collaboration in the development of a pipeline of potential investors
• Interface management of our bank relationships and other advisors
• Investor relations activities, such as quarterly reporting and documentation for the Board of Directors
• Support in the preparation of investment proposals for INERATEC assets
• B.Sc. degree or equivalent in business administration, economics or a related discipline
• At least five years of professional experience in financial modeling, ideally from a banking, consulting or renewable energy or utilities company
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder is an advantage
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on systems thinking and collaboration
• Ability to communicate complex issues at different hierarchical levels and strong writing skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English, Spanish would be helpful but is not a requirement
