About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage both physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You'll implement robust security measures to protect our data and systems, maintain backup and recovery procedures for data integrity, and provide technical support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Additionally, you'll update and patch systems, document IT configurations, and lead IT projects such as upgrades and migrations. What you will bring

Your experience includes proficiency in major operating systems, diagnosing IT systems, and expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. You have built and maintained networks and systems, effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and users—proficiency in SaaS and Cloud administration, SSO platform integration, and workflow creation. Problem-solving skills are crucial to gather and analyze data to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, scripting automation tasks to streamline operations, including software installation, configuration, and system monitoring, enhance overall IT efficiency and reliability. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively within the IT team and with users ensures that operations run smoothly and that support is consistently provided.

Physical Demand Description

The following requirements also apply to any roles which will spend any time working in our plants or construction sites (all technician and operations roles, most engineering roles, and many other roles):

  • Ability to work in outdoor environments (example: hot sun, cold, wind, rain, crawl spaces, etc.). Stop work will be called when it is unsafe to work.
  • Position may require working at heights including; climbing ladders/equipment, stairs, elevators, and working on scissor lifts.
  • Capable of performing repetitive duties including; lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods of time.
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools safely.
