Your Mission

As a Strategic Partnership manager it is you mission to lead and drive the development and management of strategic partnerships within the USA market, enhancing Gorilla's position in the energy industry. You’ll be forging and nurturing relationships that supercharge Gorilla's growth and impact, aligning with our mission to revolutionize the energy sector for a net-zero future. You’ll collaborate with leading consulting firms, tech integrators, and industry gurus to make it all happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, onboard, and manage high-impact partnerships that align with Gorilla's strategic goals, driving growth and market presence in the USA.
  • Market Expansion: Enhance Gorilla's reach within the USA utility sector through strategic alliances, leading to increased market penetration and brand recognition.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by leveraging partnerships to create new business opportunities, joint ventures, and collaborative projects.
  • Collaborative Success: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner success and optimize partnership performance.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Gorilla at industry events, webinars, and conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader in utility data services and support the development and implementation of partner marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Market Insight and Revenue Focus: Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth through the partner program within the USA.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating partnership agreements and managing complex contract discussions.
  • A growth-focused and open minded approach to work, company culture and team work

Must-Haves

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in partnership management within SaaS, with experience working with leading consulting firms, system integrators, and industry experts.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SaaS solutions and partnership ecosystems.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, with top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in Texas, USA.
