Your role

As part of our continuous growth and market expansion we are seeking a new team member to manage our SaaS infrastructure. You will be key to enabling an operationally efficient and performant organization through the continuing development and optimisation of our technology infrastructure. This role is pivotal in selecting and integrating top SaaS tools and facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and operational efficiency. The expected outcomes include:

• An integrated SaaS Environment where information automatically and seamlessly flows between tools for Revenue, Customer, Product, Finance and People.
• Adoption of the most suitable SaaS tooling through the provision of assessment frameworks that balances features, security, operational goals and budget considerations.
• Successful implementation projects through supporting the technical aspects of tool implementation and configuration, change management and migrations across various teams, ensuring that setups are optimized for efficiency and scalability and use automation by design.
• Increased productivity through the provision of a central point of contact for all Ops personnel when they encounter complex technical issues with tooling. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure continuous operational flow. Assure network and employee hardware effectiveness, including procurement, setup and troubleshooting.
• Implementation of a robust business intelligence framework that pulls data from various operational tools to provide actionable insights and intelligence and enhance decision making.

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of Mac based hardware infrastructure (JAMF) and SaaS software systems such Okta, HubSpot, Salesloft, HiBob, NetSuite, Teamleader, Google Workspace, Atlassian stack (Jira, Jira Service Management) and expertise in selecting, configuring, and optimizing SaaS and AI tools to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Strong project management capabilities including the capacity to write business cases, effective management of resources and timelines, as well as the capacity to anticipate and mitigate potential delays or complications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical information in an easily understandable way for non-technical stakeholders. Must actively collaborate with the Ops roles present across different teams, developing a deep understanding of their needs and providing expert support.
• Ability to identify and leverage new technologies that can improve business operations and provide a competitive edge. This includes staying informed about the latest technological advancements and applying them in ways that benefit the company.
• Experienced in working with external consultants, vendors, and freelancers. Capable of sourcing, vetting, and managing outside experts to complement and enhance internal capabilities, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.
• Skilled in managing budgets for IT projects and operations. Ability to allocate resources efficiently, track spending against budget forecasts, and make cost-effective decisions without compromising project outcomes.
• A keen attention to detail, crucial for overseeing the implementation of complex IT systems and ensuring that all aspects of technology management are robust and adhere to organizational standards and goals.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. This includes a proactive approach to problem resolution, often anticipating challenges before they become critical.
