What You’ll Do at Gorilla:

  • Develop Multi-Channel Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute data-driven marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and growth in our strategic accounts and target markets.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Partner with Sales to identify high-value target accounts and develop effective account-based marketing plans that drive engagement and optimise performance throughout the sales funnel.
  • Create Engaging Campaigns: Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Design teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive demand.
  • Optimise Campaign Performance: Use A/B testing, experimentation, and data analysis to refine marketing tactics, improve campaign performance, and enhance user experience.
  • Analyse KPIs: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), using insights to make data-informed decisions for ongoing optimization and growth.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities to drive innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximise return on investment (ROI) and the cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Growth Marketer or in a similar role, with a track record of driving significant business growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
  • SaaS B2B Expertise: Experience with SaaS B2B brands, including running successful demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms, and HubSpot.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative Thinker: A hands-on, creative thinker with a growth mindset, always seeking innovative approaches to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
