Job Description

Fox Robotics is at the bleeding edge of warehouse automation, with a focus on autonomous forklifts. As the leader in this space, Fox has clear product market fit and is scaling fast, with plans to rapidly grow from 100 employees to nearly ~160+ this year alone. With this growth, employees have a once-in-a-career opportunity to learn, all while working as part of a mission-driven team focused on making robots that work.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships through a consultative approach to understanding customer needs, and promoting our leading revolutionary dock automation technology.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with customers by effectively communicating the value proposition of Fox Robotics’ autonomous loading and unloading product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to understand ongoing business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, customer success and product teams to develop customized solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of clients.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Help refine our sales process based on your learnings in the field
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to contribute to the overall growth and success of Fox Robotics

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have a proven track record of success in B2B sales within supply chain / logistics technology industries.
  • 2+ years of experience in selling enterprise software or technology services.
  • Knowledge of enterprise B2B software sales methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience working on a high performing team with an evolving sales process.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing operations, how they are measured and organized, and their key challenges.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create proposals that articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to demo our product (with training) in our Austin HQ
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, domestically

Nice to have:

  • Experience using or selling Warehouse Management Systems
  • Experience with robotics or AI
  • Experience at venture-backed startups
