Job Description
Join our inhouse Customer Operations team and be at the forefront of the electric vehicle and charging infrastructure revolution in Europe! At Fastned you can directly contribute to combating climate change by accelerating the transition to electric mobility. Together with 300+ colleagues with over 40 nationalities we have the ambition to build a European network of fast charging stations. We focus on prime locations where electric drivers can charge their vehicles with energy from the sun and wind. What sets us apart is our focus on sustainability and clean energy. Your role

As our French & English speaking Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction together with our dynamic team and helping us stand out from the competition.

As our French & English speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll be answering queries and providing support to our customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and our app. You'll use your excellent communication skills to identify customer needs and help them navigate our features and services. You'll also be responsible for updating our internal databases with feedback about technical issues, feature requests, and other useful information to help us continuously improve our offerings. Not only that, but you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams to help shape the future and follow through on projects.
Who we are looking for
- You are fluent in both French & English,
- Available to work at least 32 hours per week, also on weekends,
- You've already gained first customer service experience (experience with Zendesk is a plus),
- You genuinely enjoy interacting with people, both over the phone and in writing,
- You follow processes and, at the same time, proactively share ideas on how to improve them,
- You are results-driven and stress resistant.
