Your Role:

As the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Global Strategic Planning of corporate short term and long-term business plan.
  • Global Strategic Planning with a US, China and Middel East Market Focus
  • Develop strategies to leverage China’s extensive EV market capabilities, including technology innovation, supply chain localization, and strategic partnerships.
  • Tailor and adapt these resources to accelerate the successful development and commercialization of EV products in the US and the Midde East market.
  • Market Entry and Localization in the US and the Middle East
  • Identify key opportunities in the US market and design targeted entry and localization strategies.
  • Collaborate with leading Chinese and American technology providers to integrate cutting-edge EV technologies into US-specific and Middle East customized products.
  • Focus on the integration of core EV technologies (battery, motor, control systems) with intelligent systems to create differentiated user experiences for the US and the Middle East market. Leverage insights from the Chinese EV market to enhance product competitiveness and adapt to American consumer preferences
  • Business progress tracking and review.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Resource Integration
  • Establish and deepen collaborations with Chinese suppliers, technology providers, and US-based partners to create a seamless supply chain and development ecosystem.
  • Build a resource-efficient process that bridges the gap between China’s strengths and the unique needs of the US and Middel East markets
  • Leadership and Execution
  • Lead cross-cultural teams in designing and executing EV product strategies for the US market.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making processes to enhance efficiency and ensure timely product launches.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years’ working experience of project management or operations in automotive, internet, ecommerce industry.
  • Master degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a closely related field
  • Strong strategic thinking and market insight with the ability to identify cross-market opportunities.
  • Track record in strategic planning with strong knowledge.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging China’s supply chain capabilities and partnerships to create successful products in international markets.
  • Excellent insight and holistic point of view while facing difficulties and conflicts
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural communication skills, with a track record of managing complex, multinational projects.
  • Courage to face Challenge
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Automobile manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in product localization and market entry for the US market particularly in adapting advanced EV technologies to meet local consumer needs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of EV technologies (battery, motor, intelligent systems) and their application in different markets.
  • Candidate with successful cases of international collaboration projects
  • Candidate with the PMP certificate is preferred

Annual Salary Range:

($190K - $250K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
