Your Role:
As the HR Generalist you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to plan and administer important functions, such as training and development, and compensation and benefits. Assists in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation of these policies. Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements. Assist in administering benefits, compensation and employee performance programs. Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization, and to improve employee experience. An innovative Human Resources professional that helps assist in delivering strategic initiatives to grow the department.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Hanford, CA
- Proven knowledge + expertise, and passion for all areas of Human Resources
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
- Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
- A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
- A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM certification a plus
- Proven expertise with HRIS platforms, learning & management systems, and performance management systems
Annual Salary Range:
($60,000 to $70,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
