Job Description

You will be working with the 3W Passenger Team in Bengaluru.

This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will ensure the smooth running of ground operations and help the customers have a seamless, hassle-free experience,s, training the drivers, demos to relationship management, you will play a critical role in the team.

Responsibilities:

Operations management & Customer experience

  • Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations
  • conducting comprehensive training for the sales team
  • Must have excellent relationship management skills across the value chain - from the driver community to fleet managers.

About the candidate

  • Relevant experience in 3W or commercial vehicle sales and operations.
  • Experience in dealer management & training
  • Kannada language is necessary (read & write)
  • Structured problem-solving, detail-oriented, and customer-first attitude
  • Experience in customer experience is an add-on bonus.
  • Sales experience is a bonus
  • Market knowledge (EVs, & Charging stations)
  • Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with MS Excel. Should have the intuition to use data effectively.
