Job Description
You’ll be working with the Business team.
This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to expand our presence in multiple cities across the country, together unlocking 15-minute rapid charging thru our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing partnerships, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies.
- Develop a growth strategy and drive business development initiatives to attract, retain, and grow the B2B client base.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the negotiation of contracts and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Build process and funnel for top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and work with teams to create products tailored to customer needs
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Engineering Graduate/MBA with prior experience of around 10-15 years in business development
- A drive to seek new business
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Strong Customer focus and bias for action.
- Great communication & presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to lead from the front, problem-solving and innovating on the business model are important skills for the role
