- Backend in quality We’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoy having the freedom to directly own and impact parts of the Enter product.
- You will work closely with the design, product, and front-end teams on the platform for thousands of users per month, as well as our data team, to create the best environment and pipeline.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the core backend and working in a microservice environment.
- Your tasks will involve writing services in Golang that are maintainable, scalable, and testable. You will also participate in making decisions related to architectural and feature development, as well as maintaining the current core backend in Typescript.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the current CI/CD using Terraform and CircleCi.
- You will work in an Agile environment with autonomy.
- You will work in the platform team with the possibility of working cross-functionally in feature teams.
- You enjoy delivering solutions to users end to end without hiding behind a product manager
- You have 5-7 years of experience developing software for backend environments.
- You're really good at Golang and also have a good understanding of TypeScript.
- You've worked with different data structures and databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Cassandra.
- You know how to work with Kubernetes and Docker and have used CI/CD tools like Terraform and CircleCI.
- You've worked on distributed systems before and know the best practices, with a few successful projects to show for it.
- You understand the event-driven Microservice structure and have used tools like Kafka and NATs JetStream.
- You're comfortable with service-to-service connections like gRPC.
- You're familiar with monitoring and logging systems like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
- You have a good understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, and API design in general.
- You have experience with FirebaseAuth and OAuth for user authentication and authorization.
- You know how to write high-performance code, optimize database queries, and implement effective caching strategies.
- You have experience with UnitTest and end-to-end testing.
- You have worked in Agile environments using Scrum.
- You're a fan of Test-Driven Development. Bonus skills
- If you've built a Kubernetes infrastructure for Microservice from scratch, that's a big plus.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and tools, especially debugging, is great to have.
- If you've worked with large amounts of data from different sources and know how to manage it well, that's also a plus.
- If you've worked with serverless architecture like AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions, that's a big plus.
- Knowledge of security best practices for backend development would be great.
- Become part of one of Europe's fastest growing Climate Tech Startups - funded by Europe's best known VC's.
- Attractive & competitive compensation.
- Work with top talent in a dynamic environment.
- Individual benefits: learning budget, Urban Sports Clubs membership, job ticket or daycare allowance.
- Office with a direct view of the Spree River, with everything your heart desires.
- Numerous team events, including weekly yoga.
