Your Mission:

As a Product Manager at enmacc, you will own the entire feature lifecycle from initial scoping to pushing for post-launch success. You will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic product roadmap by validating, understanding and solving customer problems. You will have the opportunity to work with an established product and a dynamic product team where your contributions will have a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from scoping to post-launch.
  • Validate product-market fit during the conceptualization phase.
  • Ensure product development is data-driven and aligns with customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to refine product ideas and ensure their feedback is integrated into the development process.
  • Coordinate resources effectively to translate product ideas into development-ready specifications.
  • Work with the product team to prioritise features and enhancements.
  • Guide commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Apply established processes and proven product management techniques to drive project success.

Who you are:

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle product management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Familiarity with PM tools (e.g., Jira) and a data-driven approach to product development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
