• Development and implementation of strategies to strengthen the community, including direct interaction with members and partners
• Planning, organizing, and executing events, meetups, and webinars, including speaker and guest management
• Development of new formats to scale the community, identification of relevant trends, and optimization of reach
• Close collaboration with the Growth Leadership Team to further develop community and event strategies
• Support in KPI analysis and data-driven development of community and growth initiatives

• Coordination with internal teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure the seamless execution of events and campaigns Personal

  Professional

• Initial experience in office management, event organization, or people experience
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an overview
