• Internal & Investor Reporting
  You prepare financial reports for investors and internal decision-makers, ensuring that all relevant key figures are communicated accurately and comprehensibly
• Financial Planning & Forecasting
  You support the development and continuous optimization of budget and multi-year plannings as well as forecasts to drive the company's growth and financial stability
• Monthly Closings & Account Management
  Together with our team, you contribute to monthly closings, manage accounts receivable and payable, and coordinate with tax advisors

• Finance & Business Operations
  From invoicing and mail processing to assisting with payroll, you ensure smooth operations and bring in your own optimization ideas Personal:

• Confident handling of numbers, data analysis, and financial topics
• Practical experience in startups, innovative companies, or the field of entrepreneurship, as well as the ability to work in fast-paced and challenging environments
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel or financial software, along with the ability to quickly understand and apply financial processes and models
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively while working in a multidisciplinary team
