Job Description
- Team Collaboration: You will support the Project Management team of our R&D Programs and NPI Unit, as well as our technical team for System Integration & Validation.
- Project & Team Coordination: You support Project Management and Technical teams in organizing and streamlining tasks.
- Timeline Management: You ensure accurate data in our Collaborative Planning Software called “Playbook” and develop an Excel/VBA link to ThinkCell for clear timeline visualization.
- Documentation: You create structured folder templates for our Document Management System and SharePoint, supporting training and implementation with project teams.
- Budget and Resource Management: You improve our Excel-based budget and resource tracking tool and explore better alternatives.
- Risk Management: You enhance our risk tracking tool and ensure data completeness while scouting for improved solutions.
- Technical Support: You manage and update inputs into Valispace (our requirement & validation software), collaborating with content owners.
