Job Description

• Your mission at Climeworks is to efficiently allocate office resources, align workspaces with business needs, and optimize space utilization through seamless coordination and professional collaboration with stakeholders.
• You ensure professional and attentive front desk service that reflects Climeworks’ values and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answer questions, and communicate essential information.
• You announce visitors promptly to internal employees and handle phone calls professionally in multiple languages.
• You address or allocate emails and FM tickets within 24 hours and manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and parcel distribution efficiently.
• You oversee visitor registration, access control, and parking management, including badge handling and garage exit tickets.
• You support project documentation, meeting organization, and assist with future project implementations.
• You assess and plan office space allocation in collaboration with supervisors and department heads and develop and present proposals for optimal space placement and group/department allocations.
• You coordinate office moves, including preparing infrastructure, obtaining service quotes, and liaising with FM and IT teams.
• You monitor and report on space utilization and future needs.
• You substitute for team members as needed and assist the Facility Manager and team in various tasks.
