Job Description

Circ’s flexible technology is powering the clean closet and helping the fashion industry make monumental strides toward a truly circular eco-economy.

We’ve pioneered a technology that can recycle polycotton — what the majority of our clothes are made of — into reusable fibers. In essence: our process takes textile waste and turns them into materials that your most beloved fashion labels can use for tomorrow’s clothes.

Circ is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for our Danville, Virginia facilities. This role requires a candidate who can assist our Workplace Experience Manager with onsite office management, event execution, greeting clients, vendors, and interviewees, and more.

We need someone who is a team player and enjoys hands-on work, believes in our value system, and is okay with each day looking a bit different! This role will play a crucial part in our daily operations and in fostering a positive and engaging work environment for our employees.

What you will do...

  • Serve as the point of contact for visitors and vendors during the hours 9:00am-5:00pm; greet and provide general support
  • Maintain general office efficiency, including responding to incoming voicemails, sorting and distributing incoming mail / packages, watering plants, turning on music, making coffee, etc.
  • Assist employees with light onsite IT support, including conference rooms and printers.
  • Help our Workplace Experience Manager execute various engaging events and activities, such as team-building exercises, wellness initiatives, and holiday celebrations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of operations and events
  • Maintain an efficient inventory system of office supplies, snacks and coffee, and kitchen consumables; track levels for replenishment while maintaining a cost-effective focus
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks, including running errands and assisting with the setup, breakdown, and clean-up of company catering and events
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, creating spreadsheets, etc.
  • Conduct routine facility walk-throughs, seeking deficiencies with furniture, equipment, appliances, etc. and troubleshooting or remedying as appropriate.
  • Oversee daily office tidiness and organization to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and welcoming environment

What you will bring...

  • Several years in administrative, office management, hospitality, or facilities experience
  • Proactive, forward-thinker, multi-tasker, and problem-solver with superb attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to think on your feet and prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capacity to build positive working relationships across function and seniority levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
