What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint is on a journey to transform its Product Life Cycle Management processes and digital technologies across all its' product groups, to deliver enterprise-wide business process improvements to drive standardization, reduce costs, reduce delivery lead times, and increase quality. We’re looking for a Senior PLM Configuration Manager to implement best in class product lifecycle management practices, tools, and analytics.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Responsible for administration and customization of Teamcenter PLM system after launch, ensuring new users have appropriate access and training, and that the PLM system best aligns with ChargePoint’s configuration management needs and business processes.
• Provide end user support for Teamcenter PLM via customizations and support for other PLM interfacing tools such as NX, OrCAD, Netsuite etc.
• Manage changes to BOMs and product configurations effectively. Ensure that changes are properly assessed for their impact on product configurations, quality, and compliance.
• Support change management via ECO, MCO, Deviations and release management within the PLM system.
• Develop and implement new Teamcenter PLM features for continuous improvement of Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Support implementation of best practices for version control, change management, and release management within the PLM system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands on experience supporting, configuring and customizing Teamcenter PLM platform in global environment for complex products.
• 3+ years' experience of direct product configuration management and document control including product structure BOMs, drawings, PCBAs, collaborating with suppliers etc.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting MCAD and ECAD tools including NX, PCB exchange, Zuken, OrCAD in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Can monitor and report/dashboard PLM health metrics.
• Possess a strong understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and best practices
• Are able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
