CEEZER is a platform for CO2 compensation and high-tech removal credits with access to >9,000 climate projects worldwide, verified by globally recognized registries. Transactions take place between corporations and project developers at the source, without any middlemen or hidden fees. CEEZER achieves this by providing scientific quality and pricing insights that help buyers and sellers interact, while allowing them to monitor credits in a balanced, high-quality portfolio.
We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d) . You’ll work closely with our revenue team and CRO in a collaborative, fast-moving, VC-funded startup.
- Work closely with revenue leadership on initiatives to drive performance and implement the go-to-market strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams: Finance, HR, Product, Operations, and Impact teams to streamline processes and establish efficient workflows
- Support sales forecasting and is a key player in strategic planning
- Build strong relationships with sales teams to drive adoption of revenue operations processes, partnering with leaders to remove obstacles and enhance performance
- Have experience in quota-setting and managing sales compensation for various revenue functions; oversees commission payments
- Deliver ongoing and ad hoc reporting on metrics, providing trend analysis and actionable insights
- To prepare key revenue metrics and visual reports for quarterly board meetings
- Continuously optimize territory strategy, defining and enforcing engagement rules
- Manage the revenue tool stack (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav) for enhanced revenue outcomes
- Oversee CRM management and ensures accurate reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in a B2B technology company
- Highly skilled in managing both Hubspot and Salesforce, as well data analysis tools
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across team
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
