Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Manager to oversee operations in the Israeli market. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations across service centers, inventory management, vendor relationships, and field activities. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, hands-on, and driven by data-informed decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and rider experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and execution of world-class operations in your market, delivering excellence and seamless performance at every level.
  • Streamline inventory management, balancing cost efficiency with availability by forecasting demand, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely imports with vendors and global teams.
  • Lead field operations, enhancing rider experience by responding to feedback, resolving bottlenecks, and maximizing scooter usage through innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams, working closely with Product, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure operations are supported by effective tools and solutions, while driving quality control and timely resolutions.
  • Build and maintain vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and collaborating with municipalities and other stakeholders to ensure operational success.
  • Own financial performance, managing the P&L, optimizing vendor payments, and leveraging data to identify efficiencies and mitigate risks.
  • Be hands-on, working alongside teams in service centers and the field, demonstrating leadership and fostering operational excellence across markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record in negotiations and vendor relationship management, including drafting contracts and agreements.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • The ability to lead with a balanced perspective, combining attention to detail with a knack for swift execution.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in data analytical tools, particularly strong skills in Excel/Gsheet, experience with SQL, and effective use of PowerPoint/Gslide.
  • Experience in the micro-mobility or transportation industry.
  • A background in product management or A/B testing.
