Bird partners closely with the cities in which it operates to provide a reliable and affordable transportation option for people who live and work there.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Growth and Marketing Operations Associate to join our team to plan, execute, and optimize rider acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns. The Marketing Operations Associate is a critical thinker and is capable of identifying opportunities to improve current CRM workflows, tactics, and broader Bird marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Rider acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns:
- Planning
- Implementation
- QA
- Monitoring
- Troubleshooting
- Performance analysis
- Contribute towards achieving results against targets.
- Leverage and optimize existing channels and tactics such as push, email, IAM, incentives, content, etc
- Provide status updates in the form of slides (charts, KPI reporting, key takeaways/trends), emails and Slack updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consumer tech product growth roles
- Experience with growth tools such as: Braze, Zapier, Airtable, G Suite
- Experience with growth tactics such as: incentives, offers, flash promos, loyalty programs, CRM, referrals, …
- Outcome oriented. Experience working with metrics and scientific measurement
- Data proficiency. Experience with data tools (Tableau, Metabase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
- Strong communication skills. Able to understand—and make themselves understood to—a spectrum of stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity. Ability to make sense of vaguely defined problems and then prioritize them.
- Bias for action. Track record of shipping high-quality products in fast-moving environments.
- Well organized, with attention to detail.
- Passion for your city, micromobility, and improving quality of life.
