Beekeeper is looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for the experience of the communication professionals and end-users who depend on our products in their daily work life. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team focused on delivering a product that melds consumer-grade user-experience with enterprise-level functionality.

Key to the success of this role is developing a deep understanding of both organizational objectives as well as user and customer needs to help shape and execute our product strategy.

This role will focus on the mobile apps, the platforms used by the majority of the frontline workers we have the pleasure to serve. In particular, this role will level up and expand the consumer-grade experience that we bring into the frontline business world, meeting the needs of a global non-desk workforce.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy of your product area and contribute to the overall product strategy
• Manage and prioritize the swarm’s roadmap to “move the needle” on our KPIs
• Regularly talk to customers, users, developers and other stakeholders, collect their insights and turn them into solutions that provide real business value
• End-to-end ownership of delivering a best-in-class mobile experience for the Beekeeper Frontline Success System
• Drive the mobile experience for frontline workers towards excellence, together with Design and Engineering
• Collaborate with and influence the other product swarms to support the respective roadmaps
• Oversee the launch of new features, coordinate with Product Marketing and Sales
• Own product changes from beginning to end and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure your changes gain momentum and meet targets
• Conduct market research to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
• Elegantly shape and manage all external and internal stakeholders’ expectations and set them up for success

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications
• Strong understanding of mobile app development, including familiarity with iOS and Android platforms and their individual particularities
• Strong understanding of mobile user experience, including familiarity with interaction patterns and mobile user journeys
• Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills in order to use data to drive your product decisions
• Strong lateral leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think strategically
• Business-level fluency in English

• Experience as a product manager in a high-growth SaaS company

• Fluency in German
