Join Augury's innovative New Offerings Team to lead the development and launch of cutting-edge products. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be able to shape the future of industrial analytics, work in a dynamic hybrid environment, and directly impact the company's growth trajectory.
A Day In Your Life
- Lead the end-to-end development of new product offerings, from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure product-market fit.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement efforts.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
- Experience in selling new product offerings and driving customer adoption.
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately two trips per quarter).
