Job Description

We are a team of about 90 employees from a wide range of fields and 12 different nationalities. Diversity, individual development and team spirit are very important to us!

These tasks await you with us:
  • As Lead Account Manager (f/m/d), you will take responsibility and lead the team of (Key) Account Managers in disciplinary and professional terms and support them in their further development.
  • You will contribute to the development and optimization of account management processes in order to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • With your organizational skills, you will create effective account management plans and ensure that they are successfully implemented within the team.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and developing CRM processes in (Salesforce) to ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
  • With your expertise, you will accompany the account managers in their day-to-day business and offer them proactive support.

    *You will also be responsible for selected key accounts. *Your tasks will be as follows:

  • Maintaining and developing long-term business relationships with our key accounts is one of your core tasks.
  • You will manage the entire process, from pursuing offers to concluding contracts, in a target-oriented manner.
  • In collaboration with the sales team, you will identify potential key accounts and actively contribute to expanding the customer portfolio.
  • You will take responsibility for the strategic support of our customers and ensure that their expectations are exceeded.
  • You monitor the market and the competition so that you can react to changes and new opportunities at an early stage.
  • Are you an organizational talent who always maintains an overview and supports your team with specialist knowledge and leadership skills?
  • Do you have experience working with KPIs and CRM systems such as Salesforce to optimize processes?
  • Do you enjoy taking on responsibility and are you able to achieve real added value when working with key accounts?
  • Then you are exactly the right person to help us revolutionize a billion-dollar market and bring real sustainability to buildings! We are looking for team players with analytical thinking skills and a quick grasp of things, who work in a structured and efficient manner. Ideally, you have the following qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a business-related degree or comparable training.
  • You have built up sound expertise in commercial asset or fund management over the years.
  • Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of the processes in the real estate industry, you are able to recognize the needs of the market and our clients precisely.
  • Sales-related knowledge is a plus and makes it easier for you to enter into strategic cooperation with our customers.
  • Your expertise in the use of CRM systems will help you to establish effective processes and provide customers with sustainable support
  • Ideally, you have already taken your first steps in employee management and can contribute and further develop these skills with us.
  • You communicate confidently and fluently in both German and English and are a real talent for communication.
  • With your confident manner, you are able to convince customers of our solutions and build long-term relationships.
